This role supports leadership, trains teams, facilitates SAFe events, and drives Lean-Agile adoption that improves delivery, predictability, and value flow.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Agile and SAFe transformations for multi-team programs.
  • Coach executives, ART leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, ART Syncs, and other SAFe ceremonies.

Qualifications
